How to Return an item?

Please include the fully completed return form found on the back of your dispatch note inside your return parcel. Ensure you cover or remove your address and clearly label the parcel with our return address.


For Larger/2 Man Items:

To return a larger or 2 Man item, please contact our Customer Service team at 0330 333 2123 to arrange payment. Our team will then schedule the collection for you.


Return Costs:

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us unless you received a faulty, damaged, or wrongly dispatched item. If this is the case, please contact us via phone or email. For faulty or damaged items, repack them in the original packaging and send us a photograph before we can arrange a free return.


Return Arrangements:

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return via a courier of their choice. We advise using a tracked and insured service. Items need to be returned in their original packaging or a suitable alternative.
