Sale Price Adjustment Policy

Cox & Cox is pleased to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to seven days before the start date of a sale. To qualify for a price adjustment, the same item must still be available at the time of your request. The difference will be issued in the form of a credit note, valid for 1 year.

Please Note:

• We cannot offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
• Once an item is purchased at a discounted sale price, no further price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked down.
