Credit Note

Credit notes are issued when a refund is not possible or if you have specifically requested a credit note. The credit note is a code set up for the value of your credit.

Credit note codes can also be issued if you use a Gift Voucher or Credit Note to place an order, and the value of your order is less than the value of the voucher/Credit Note. In such cases, a new credit note will be created for the remaining value.

Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Your credit note code will be communicated to you via phone or email.

A credit note will be issued instead of a refund if:

• An item is returned outside our 28-day Return Policy.
• An item is returned improperly packaged and has been damaged during transit back to us.
• An item has been used and shows light marks or damage.
• An item was purchased up to seven days before the sale started, as specified in our Sale Price Adjustment policy.

To use your Credit Note code online:

• Enter the code in the “ENTER MEDIA CODE/ DISCOUNT VOUCHER” box in your Shopping Basket, below your item details.
• Click ‘Apply Code’. You must enter the Credit Note code before proceeding to checkout, as it cannot be applied later.
• The Credit Note code is also valid for phone orders; you simply need to quote the code when placing your order.

You can only apply one credit code or one promo code per order. If you want to use multiple codes, please call our Order Line at 0330 333 2123, and we will place your order using all your vouchers.

If you wish to place an order for less than the value of your Credit Note, please call our Order Line at 0330 333 2123. We will place your order using the code and create a new code for the remaining value.
