Materials & Construction: Our frames are crafted from sustainable, seasoned hardwoods such as birch and beech. Structural joints are both glued and screwed. Kiln-dried beech or birch is used due to its proven durability and stability in various conditions. We source all frame materials from well-managed temperate forests, avoiding endangered, tropical, or rainforest species. Whenever possible, we use British home-produced timber or timber from Europe. Our frame supplier has FSC® certification.
Suspensions: The suspensions are made from elasticated webbing, interwoven by hand in all directions.
Guarantee Coverage:
- Buttoned and Cosy Collection: These come with a 2-year guarantee, excluding damage or wear and tear. Issues raised after 2 years and up to 6 years from delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The guarantee is valid only for the original invoice recipient.
- Exclusions: The guarantee is void if the furniture is altered in any way or shows signs of obvious abuse or neglect. Upholstery or fabrics are not covered by the guarantee due to variable usage. The fabric on the frame of the furniture is fixed and not removable.
Completion & Delivery: While we strive to complete jobs within the specified time and by the estimated completion date, we do not guarantee completion or delivery dates.
Liability: We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage arising from defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered goods beyond the value of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to check the care instructions of their chosen fabric(s) and to carefully review their order before completion.
