Countries around the world have imposed restrictions on travel from the UK due to fears of a new strain of the coronavirus.
Following the decision from several countries to close their border from the UK, we have no choice but to suspend our European return services to continental Europe and the Republic of Ireland with immediate effect.
If you have received a damaged or a faulty item, please email a picture of the damaged/faulty item and we will issue your full refund. Please note we won't be able to collect and replace.
For any unwanted items, we will increase your returns period until the restrictions are lifted so you are able to return the item, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, back to us.
