How to return an item?

Please include the return form on the back of your despatch note, fully completed, inside your return parcel and put our return address on top of the parcel, covering/removing your address.


Go onto our Return Platform here.

 

1. Enter your Order Number and your Delivery Post Code

 

2. Select the item you would like to return, the Quantity and the Reason for Return

Important note - If the return reason is one of the below - please contact our Customer Service Team at customerqueries@coxandcox.co.uk

• Incorrect Item received

• Missing Parts or Accessories

• Poor quality / Faulty

• Quality not as expected

• Faulty item on arrival

• Damaged in transit


1 MAN & 2 RETURNS - If you are returning a 1 MAN / 2 MAN item, please contact us via phone on 0330 333 2123 or by email at: customerqueries@coxandcox.co.uk

The cost to return a 1 MAN item is £30 per box

The cost to return a 2 MAN item is £60 per box

 

3. Choose your Return Method

Important note - If the item you are returning is in a box exceeding 60x60x60cm and weighs more than 15kgs, you will need to choose the COLLECTION FROM HOME option.

 

4. Follow the rest of the instructions on the screen for all the options available

COLLECTION FROM HOME - £15 per box - you will be able to select the next available day where the collection can take place and you will be able to choose from 3 different time slots (Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm / 1pm to 3pm / 3pm to 5pm) – click on PROCEED to make your payment and you will receive your return label to attach to your parcel.

DROP OFF AT PARCEL SHOP - £6 per box - Search for the closest shop from your home/work address and click PROCEED

Make your payment and you will receive the label to print.


If you don't have your order number to hand, please use the alternative Return Platform - No Order Number


Alternatively, you are more than welcome to use your own method to return an item to us - We would recommend to use an insured and traceable service.
