Cox & Cox Members Lounge Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 The Cox & Cox Members Lounge (“Programme”) is operated by Cox & Cox (“Cox & Cox”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07182902, with its registered address at Giomani Designs Ltd., Redman Fisher Building, Bean Road, Tipton, England, DY4 9AQ.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Programme. By registering for or using the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 Cox & Cox reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw the Programme and/or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website at www.coxandcox.co.uk. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any amended Terms.


2. Membership Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Membership in the Programme is currently free of charge. Cox & Cox reserves the right to introduce a membership fee or other qualifying criteria in the future. Members will be notified in advance of any such changes and will have the option to cancel prior to any fee being applied.

2.2 The Programme is open to individuals who:

  • Are UK residents aged 18 years or over; and

  • Hold a valid, registered Cox & Cox online account.

2.3 Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and limited to one per individual.

2.4 Cox & Cox may refuse, suspend, or cancel membership at its sole discretion if misuse, breach of these Terms, or fraudulent activity is suspected.


3. Membership Benefits

3.1 Members of the Programme are entitled to the following benefits (collectively, “Benefits”):

  • 15% discount on full-priced items;

  • Free standard delivery on eligible orders;

  • Half-price 1–2 man delivery (where applicable); and

  • Access to exclusive member-only offers, previews, or promotions from time to time.

3.2 All Benefits are subject to availability, applicable exclusions, and may be varied or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Cox & Cox.

3.3 Benefits cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, sale discounts, or voucher codes unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.4 The benefits associated with the Members Lounge are redeemable online only and cannot be used through any other sales channels.


4. Redeeming Benefits

4.1 To redeem Benefits, you must be logged into your Cox & Cox account associated with your Members Lounge membership at the time of purchase.

4.2 Benefits are automatically applied at checkout when applicable, subject to product eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

4.3 If you fail to log in to your account, Benefits cannot be applied to your purchase, and adjustments cannot be made retrospectively.


5. Programme Changes and Termination

5.1 Cox & Cox reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme (in whole or in part) at any time;

  • Amend the Benefits, eligibility criteria, or fee structure; or

  • Correct any errors or omissions relating to the Programme or its operation.

5.2 In the event of material changes to the Programme, reasonable efforts will be made to notify members via email or through our website.

5.3 Cox & Cox accepts no liability for any loss or disappointment resulting from Programme amendments or termination.


6. Cancellation and Termination of Membership

6.1 You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our Customer Service team at info@coxandcox.co.uk.

6.2 Cox & Cox reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership immediately and without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms;

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate activity is suspected; or

  • The Programme is discontinued.

6.3 Upon termination or cancellation, all Benefits associated with the Programme will cease to apply.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cox & Cox shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with the Programme or these Terms.

7.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Cox & Cox’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.


8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data collected in connection with the Programme will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2 By joining the Programme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the administration of the Programme, including the communication of member benefits and offers.
