Promotional Offers

From time to time, Cox & Cox runs promotions and offers on selected products or product lines (“Promotional Offers”). All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your online order, subject to the terms below:

1. Promotional Offers are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items already discounted, unless otherwise stated.
   
   

2. Promotional Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
   
   

3. They are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication or on our website, and cannot be used outside of that period.
   
   

4. If an item is returned which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the value of the offer may be deducted from any refund.
   
   

5. All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.
   
   

6. Promotional Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
   
   

7. Unless otherwise stated, Promotional Offers are only valid for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Promotional Codes

From time to time, Cox & Cox will release promotional discount codes (“Promotional Codes”) via email, our website or other marketing channels. Promotional Codes enable a discount to be applied to your order as specified in the related marketing communication.

While we instruct affiliates, press and magazines to remove offers from their platforms when no longer valid, we cannot be responsible for any failure to do so and will not refund any price differences between such articles and our website.

To redeem a Promotional Code online:

Enter the code as requested while viewing your Cart, before proceeding to Checkout. The discount will then be applied to your order, subject to these terms:

1. Promotional Codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on Sale items, Clearance products, items from our Sale Room, Gift Vouchers or any items within the Stylist’s Edit category, unless otherwise stated.
   
   

2. Only one Promotional Code may be used per order, and unless otherwise stated, each code is limited to one use per customer.
   
   

3. Promotional Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
   
   

4. Promotional Codes are valid for the period stated in the marketing communication and cannot be used outside of that period.
   
   

5. Promotional Codes are non-transferable and may not be sold, published, or shared without our prior written consent.
   
   

6. Promotional Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
   
   

7. Unless otherwise stated, Promotional Codes apply to product prices only and exclude delivery charges.
   
   

8. If a Promotional Code has a minimum spend requirement, it must be met after any other discounts and before delivery charges are applied.

10. Promotional Codes are for use by the intended recipient only and proof of entitlement may be requested.
    
    

11. All orders are subject to acceptance. Improper use, fraudulent redemption or technical errors may result in order cancellation.
    
    

12. All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend any Promotional Code at any time without prior notice.
