Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Validity: Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Promotional Codes: Promotional codes cannot be used when purchasing Gift Vouchers.
• Refunds and Returns: Gift Vouchers cannot be returned for a refund.
• Lost or Stolen: Gift Vouchers are treated as cash. We cannot replace or refund them if lost or stolen.
• Expiry: Gift Vouchers expire 24 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance cannot be redeemed after expiration.
• Usage: If you do not spend the full value of your Gift Voucher in one transaction, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases, provided the voucher is still valid.
