Deliveries

We use several different couriers for our deliveries depending on the size, weight, and number of parcels, as well as whether you have chosen an express service.


Please note that the courier will be automatically selected based on these factors.


The list of couriers, delivery timescales, and costs are detailed on our Delivery page.


Before you finalize and submit your order, please ensure the delivery address is correct, including the postcode.


Only Monday to Friday are considered working days.


We do not offer international delivery outside of the UK.


1 MAN / 2 MAN Delivery via Premier Delivery


They deliver all the below items:

 Fragile items & small to mid-size furniture - £30

 Large & heavy items - £60


You will receive a call or email as soon as the item is ready to be dispatched to confirm the delivery date. The day before the delivery, you will receive confirmation of the delivery with a 4-hour delivery time-slot.


On the day of the delivery, you will receive confirmation of your 4-hour delivery window and a pre-call from the delivery crew en route.


Your items will be delivered safely to the room of your choice, provided there are no access issues and it is safe for our delivery crew to do so.


Packaging will be removed on request if it can be done in less than 10 minutes.


Please note that if the delivery crew feel it is unsafe for them to take the item to a particular room (upstairs, small area, etc.) or if there is a risk of potential damage to walls or flooring, they can, at their discretion, refuse the room-of-choice delivery and can also refuse to remove the packaging.


Please make sure to fully check the product and ensure you are satisfied with it and that it's suitable before asking our courier to remove the packaging. We will be unable to send you spare packaging and we cannot accept any large items for return without their packaging.


Our 1 MAN / 2 MAN delivery service is for UK Mainland only.


Please note that the 1 MAN delivery service does not necessarily mean only one person will be handling the delivery; it is just the name of the service.


Similarly, the 2 MAN delivery service does not necessarily mean that two people will be handling the delivery; it is just the name of the service.


Direct Dispatch Orders


Some of our items are sent to you directly from the manufacturer. Most of these items will be delivered by DHL. This information will appear on the “Delivery” tab on the product page if applicable.


Delivery can take up to 21 working days, depending on the size of the item and location.


For larger items, the manufacturer’s delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.


When your item arrives, please check it carefully, as once signed for, we cannot replace it.


If you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival, please do not sign to accept the parcel and contact our Customer Service team immediately on 0330 333 2123.


Please note that Direct Dispatch items cannot be delivered on Express Delivery.


This delivery service is available for UK Mainland only.


Part Shipment of an Order


Please note that if there is an item which is out of stock, but is due to arrive in the Warehouse within 48 hours, your order will be held and dispatched together.


If the Next Day or Saturday options are selected, the delivery will take place on this service once the items become available.


If the delay is longer than 48 hours, your order will be part dispatched.


The postage charge will only be taken once, even if your order is part shipped due to an item being back-ordered.
