Some of our 1 MAN / 2 MAN items can either be delivery via ARROW XL or ASH LOGISTICS.
If ASH LOGISTICS is the courier, please note those important information
They deliver all the below items:
Fragile items & small to mid-size furniture
Large & heavy items
You will receive a call/ email as soon as the item has reached ASH LOGISTICS depot. They will then call/ email a second time to let you know the next available delivery day in your area and a 4 hour timeslot.
Please respond to them to confirm you can accept the delivery and your delivery will be booked for that particular day.
Your items will be delivered safely to the room of your choice, providing no access issues and that it is safe for our delivery crew to do so.
Please note if the delivery crew feel it is unsafe for them to take it to a particular room, upstairs, small area, etc... and/or without doing potential damages to walls/flooring - at their discretion, they can refuse the room of choice delivery.
Packaging will be removed on request only.
Please make sure to fully check the product and/or check that you are fully satisfied with it and that it's suitable, before asking our courier to remove the packaging, as we will be unable to send you spare packaging and we cannot accept any large items to be returned without their packaging.
Our 1 MAN / 2 MAN delivery service is for UK Mainland only.
Please note that the 1 MAN delivery service doesn't mean only 1 man will be doing the delivery - this is the name of the service only.
