Returns at Cox & Cox – A Smooth and Simple Process


We aim to make the return process at Cox & Cox as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To raise a return request, we encourage customers to log in to their accounts.

Create or access your account

Important: Please ensure you sign up using the same email address you used to place your order, and double-check for any spelling errors when creating your account.

How to Raise a Return:

  1. Log in to your Cox & Cox account.

  2. Go to 'My Orders' and select 'View Order' next to the order you'd like to return.

  3. Click 'Start Return' to initiate a return request.
    (Note: This option is only available if your order is still within the 30-day return window.)

  4. If you’ve accidentally added an item to your return, simply click 'Remove' next to the item to update your request.

When submitting your return request, please upload clear and accurate images. These help us better understand the reason for the return and the condition of the item.
