Complaint Procedure

Cox & Cox arose from a desire to create a unique collection of homeware products, and we strive to give you the best experience possible. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchases or with our services, we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible for you. If you are not satisfied with our final resolution, you can raise your dispute with the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman (FHIO) via their secure online portal here.

You can also ring FHIO’s Consumer and Member Services team on 0333 241 3209 to discuss alternative methods of raising your dispute and obtain further information about their services.
