What does the status of my order mean?

‘Awaiting Pick’ - this means that the item is in stock and ready for a member of the warehouse team to pick the item from the shelf.

‘Processing’ - this means that your item has been picked in our warehouse, and is being processed for dispatch.

‘Dispatched’ - this means that we have dispatched your item and this is on its way to our chosen courier

‘Back Ordered’ - this means that the item was not in stock at the time of purchase, and is therefore a pre order.  Once the item has been restocked, please allow a few more days for this to be quality checked.  Once available, your item will be processed for dispatch.

‘Cancelled’ - this means that your order has been cancelled and a full refund has been issued.

Please note that if your order has been dispatched, your tracking can take up to 24 hours to become live.  This is because the package is on its way to our courier depot and has not been scanned in yet.
