What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as incorrect items must be reported within 8 working days of receiving the parcel.


In the unlikely event that the wrong item, please call us on 0330 333 2123 or email us on customerqueries@coxandcox.co.uk so that we can arrange a free return/collection for you and request the correct item being sent to you asap.
