Gift Vouchers cannot be returned for a refund.
Gift Vouchers are treated as cash, therefore we will not be able to replace/refund if lost or stolen.
Gift Vouchers expire after 24 months from the date of purchase and the balance of the voucher cannot be redeemed once expired.
If you do not spend the full value of your gift voucher when ordering, the order value will be deducted from the voucher balance and any balance remaining may be applied on future purchases as long as the Gift Voucher is still valid
